Jason Chynoweth is a session drummer, recording engineer, mixer, and producer with more than 20 years of recording experience and hundreds of live performances. His work spans rock, punk, alternative, pop, jazz, Americana, country, Latin music, and more.

At The Grooveyard, Jason helps artists move from rough demos and raw performances to compelling, release-ready music. Whether he is behind the drums, engineering a session, editing tracks, or shaping a mix, every decision begins with the song.

Based in the Salt Lake City area, Jason works with local and remote artists, bands, songwriters, and producers. The Grooveyard is his intimate recording studio and creative home, operated through Groove Masters Music, LLC.
